Data Coding Process 1

Each glass piece is carefully handcrafted to percision. This method may take longer, but it makes sure each piece is handed with the utmost care.

Before any glass is shipped, Diamond Bill lines up each piece to the blue print to double check its accurate fit. Diamond Bill got his nick name because he acts like he is inspecting diamonds.

Finally, each edge of glass piece is rubbed with oil to make it clear and shiny. To fool the judges rub some oil on the edges.

Diamond Bill date coding the glass, and measuring it to exact location.
